Florida Cole Slaw

Add fresh Florida grapefruit and orange sections and golden raisins to a green cabbage slaw. Sprinkle with celery seed and top with your favorite dressing.

Fresh Florida Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chili sauce
¼ cup fresh grapefruit juice
¼ tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve on your favorite green or fruit salad.
