Grapefruit Revenge
1 Florida Red Seedless Grapefruit
1/2 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons brown sugar
Cut grapefruit in half, remove core and cut around sections
to loosen. (or prepare the easy way as Mary showed you in her last demonstration)
Combine yogurt and cardamom (use cinnamon if your grocery store never
heard of cardamom); mix well and place 2 tablespoons on each half. Sprinkle
with brown sugar. Broil for 4 minutes until top is brown and bubbly.
