Upside-Down Orange Biscuits
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Lang's fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
1 can Hungry Jack Flaky Layers Biscuits
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Combine butter, juice, sugar and rind in small saucepan.
Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Divide syrup between 10 muffin
cups. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Separate each biscuit into 3 pieces.
Dip each piece in sugar-cinnamon mixture and reassemble into biscuit.
Place on top on syrup in muffin cup. Bake for 20 minutes. |
